fa بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی مولد در تحول ساختاری فرماندهی و کنترل در عملیات‎های ناهمتراز آینده Examining the Role of Generative Artificial Intelligence in the Structural Transformation of Command and Control in Future Asymmetric Operations فرماندهی Command پژوهشي Research در میدان نبردهای آینده که عرصه رقابت میان قدرت‌های بزرگ و بازیگران ضعیف‌تر را شکل می‌دهد، فناوری‌های نوظهور به ابزاری راهبردی برای جبران نابرابری‌های نظامی و اطلاعاتی بدل شده‌اند. یکی از این فناوری‌های اثرگذار، هوش مصنوعی مولد است که به نیروهای کم‌برخوردار امکان می‌دهد در برابر قدرت‌های برتر، با تولید محتوای تصمیم‌ساز، شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای متنوع و خلق محیط‌های نبرد مصنوعی، موازنه‌ای نسبی در صحنه عملیات ایجاد کنند. در عملیات‌های ناهمتراز که بهره‌گیری از شیوه‌های غیرخطی، فریب‌دهی و نبرد شناختی در آن حرف اول را می‌زند، هوش مصنوعی مولد می‌تواند فرصت‌هایی برای طراحی طرح‌های عملیاتی منعطف، پیش‌بینی رفتار دشمن و تولید آگاهی موقعیتی مبتنی بر داده‌های غیرمتمرکز فراهم کند؛ قابلیت‌هایی که برای یک نیروی ضعیف‌تر می‌تواند حکم یک «ضریب توانمندساز» در برابر ساختارهای کلاسیک فرماندهی و کنترل قدرت‌های برتر را داشته باشد. در این تحقیق؛ با بررسی کارکردها و و فرصت&lrm;های هوش مصنوعی مولد در فرماندهی و کنترل، لزوم بهره&lrm;برداری از چنین سیستمی در فرماندهی و کنترل محیط&lrm;های عملیاتی ناهمتراز تبیین گردیده است. پژوهش پیش‌رو، کاربردی – توسعه&lrm;ای و رویکرد آن آمیخته با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است. داده‌ها به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) گرد&lrm;آوری گردیده که اطلاعات به&lrm;‌دست آمدۀ کیفی به&lrm; روش تحلیل محتوا و اطلاعات به&lrm;‌دست آمدۀ کمی با استفاده از نرم‌&lrm;افزار تحلیل داده&lrm;‌های کمی، مورد تجزیه‌‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفته&lrm;اند. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی محتوا و پایایی با «آلفای کرونباخ» محاسبه گردیده است. در نهایت، از یافته&lrm;‌های تحقیق مدل مفهومی با 6 مؤلفه و 57 شاخص تبیین و پس از ارزیابی و تأئید نهایی ارائه گردیده است.   In future battlefields, where competition between major powers and weaker actors is increasingly pronounced, emerging technologies have become strategic instruments for mitigating military and informational asymmetries. Generative artificial intelligence is one such transformative technology, offering less-capable forces opportunities to partially offset the advantages of superior adversaries through the generation of decision-support content, the simulation of diverse operational scenarios, and the creation of synthetic battlefield environments. In asymmetric operations, where nonlinear approaches, deception, and cognitive warfare play pivotal roles, Generative artificial intelligence can facilitate the development of flexible operational plans, the anticipation of adversary behavior, and the generation of situational awareness based on decentralized data. For comparatively weaker forces, these capabilities may serve as a force multiplier, potentially challenging the advantages of the conventional command-and-controlc structures employed by superior powers. This study examines the functions and opportunities associated with the application of Generative artificial intelligence in command and control and elucidates the need to leverage this technology in managing command-and-control processes within asymmetric operational environments. The research is applied-developmental in nature and adopts a mixed-methods approach within a descriptive-analytical framework. Data were collected through both library-based research and fieldwork, including interviews and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis, while quantitative data were processed and analyzed using quantitative data analysis software. The validity of the questionnaire was established through content validity assessment, and its reliability was evaluated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Ultimately, based on the research findings, a conceptual model comprising six components and 57 indicators was developed, evaluated, and presented following final validation and approval. هوش مصنوعی مولد, تحلیل داده, عملیات ناهمتراز, فرماندهی و کنترل.
