Investigating the future scenarios of the national command and control system in the face of new cyber technologies
Abstract:   (2920 Views)
Command and control means planning, directing, coordinating and controlling operations, based on the effective implementation of the operational scenario, is one of the most important parts of the defense field, which requires future research and structural change due to the emergence of new technologies. Futurism in the field of command and control is based on the analysis of resources, patterns and factors of change or stability, visualization of future types and planning to achieve the desired future. One of the tools of future research is scenario planning, which is an effective tool for improving decision-making and moving towards possible, possible and desirable futures. The present study aims to provide a picture of the future of the command and control system in the face of new technologies on the horizon of 1404, using the scenario planning method and using the Schwartz model. To collect the data, library study method and semi-structured interview were used. After identifying trends, trends and uncertainty factors, two factors were "acceptance of new technologies" and "cooperation of operational areas" through the expert panel. The title of the main uncertainties of the selection and the four main future scenarios of the command and control system were designed in the form of the scenarios of "evolution", "focus", "physical progress" and "stillness". Global trends in technology, management, and the military confirm that the "evolution" scenario is the best idea for the National Command and Control Center. According to this scenario, on the horizon of 1404, the command and control system of efficient and dynamic systems is based on new technologies and maximum participation of all operational areas of the Armed Forces in monitoring and managing the battlefield of the country. The four images described can be used to develop a vision and strategic planning for the system.
