fa عوامل مؤثر بر چابکی سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل رزم زمینی در جنگ‌های ‌آینده Factors Influencing the Agility of Ground Combat Command and Control Systems in Future Warfare فرماندهی Command پژوهشي Research روند شدید تغییرات، رویکردها و دیدگاه&rlm;های گذشته را در رویارویی با چالش&rlm;های سازمان ناتوان نشان داده و پارادایم جدیدی بنام چابکی را برای رویارویی با چالش&rlm;ها و رسیدن به موفقیت معرفی کرده است و نیز به نظر می‌رسد صحنه نبرد آینده به علت ترکیبی بودن تابع متغیرهای زیادی است که یکی از مهم‌ترین این متغیرها سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل است؛ این مقاله به روش موردی زمینه‌ای انجام‌ و هدف اصلی آن تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر چابکی فرماندهی و کنترل رزم زمینی در جنگهای آینده میباشد؛ روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش ترکیبی (میدانی، کتابخانه‌ای) بوده و جامعه آماری شامل 98 نفر میباشد. به‌منظور کفایت حجم نمونه  از شاخص KMO و آزمون بارتلت استفاده‌شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزا SPSS انجام‌شده است و با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق  13 عامل شامل دیجیتالی کردن صحنه نبرد ، یکپارچگی و هماهنگی، هوشمندی، سرعت پاسخ‌دهی، آگاهی به میدان نبرد، تمرکز زادیی و آزادی عمل، استحکام و امنیت شبکه، انعطاف‌پذیری، پایداری کنترل مستمر، پویایی و نوآوری، فرماندهی چند سطحی، استفاده منطقی از فناوری اطلاعات ارتباطات (ICT )، دقت و سرعت در چرخه اطلاعات و تصمیم گیری مؤثر میباشند. The rapid change process has shown that past approaches and perspectives are incapable of facing organizational challenges and has introduced a new paradigm called agility for facing challenges and achieving success. It also seems that the future battlefield is a function of many variables due to its combination, one of the most important of which is the command and control system; This article was conducted using a case-based method and its main goal is to determine the factors affecting the agility of command and control of ground combat in future wars; The data collection method was a combined method (field, library) and the statistical population consisted of 98 people. In order to ensure the adequacy of the sample size, the KMO index and Bartlett test were used.
