But these Organizations also face challenges and problems in adopting this technology. The Goal of this study is to identify these challenges as well as the drivers of acceptance of this technology in order to develop a virtual command and control system in The Organization. According to this goal, first technical literature in the field of virtual reality technology and also in the field of technology acceptance were scrutinized, the barriers to the acceptance of this technology were identified and then the list of barriers and drivers were given to a sample of 8 experts. After 3 Rounds of Delphi Method and Reaching to Consensus Barriers and Drivers were Identified. Kendall's Coefficient of Concordance (W) was Used to Assess agreement among experts. According to Results, it was found that end-user information security, software information security, lack of rules and regulations along with greater safety of people, increasing the quality of training and the possibility of using artificial intelligence are among the Barriers and drivers of acceptance of this technology in The Organization. investment in order not to depend on foreign countries in the production of components necessary for virtual reality, as well as determining the necessary legal framework can help the acceptance of this system in The Organization SP - 23 EP - 42 AU - Khanahmadloo, Reza AU - zoghi, Sajad AD - KW - Virtual reality KW - Technology Adoption KW - Command and Control KW - Delphi.
