fa شاخص سازی فرماندهی و کنترل با رویکرد دفاع دانش بنیان فرماندهی Command پژوهشي Research <span style="background:white;"><span style="color:#333333;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">در جوامع دانشی امروز، سازمان&shy;های نظامی مانند هر سازمان دیگر بایستی برای رسیدن به کمال، مبتنی بر دانش باشد. محیط‌های نظامی به‌واسطه تغییرات و تحرک سریع در عملیات، سخت افزار و نرم‌افزار، قطع و وصل مکرر ارتباطات و نبود دائمی پهنای باند، بسیار پویا هستند. سامانه&shy;ی فرماندهی و کنترل باید با گسترش شبکه&shy;ی ارتباطی جریان اطلاعات، نه تنها پاسخ&shy;گو برای نیازهای خاص باشد، بلکه از طریق شبکه، سلسله مراتب سازمانی را کاهش دهد. در این پژوهش با توجه به ویژگی&shy;های فرماندهی و کنترل، الزامات دفاع دانش بنیان و بررسی جنبه&shy;های مختلف محیطی در پی شاخص&shy;سازی فرماندهی و کنترل با رویکرد دفاع دانش بنیان هستیم. بدین منظور پس از شناسایی مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر در موضوع تحقیق، مولفه‌ها و شاخص&shy;های تاثیرگذار از روش تحلیل محتوا و روش کدگذاری‌ استخراج گردیده است. سپس به منظورتجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از جامعه آماری خبره به تعداد 10 نفربا تکنیک نمونه&shy; گیری گلوله برفی و&nbsp; جامعه صاحب‌نظر به تعداد 77 نفربهره گرفته شده است. نتایج حاصله از تکمیل پرسش&shy;نامه با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری تحلیل و چهار مولفه تصمیم&shy; گیری، اقدام، مشاهده و توجیه&nbsp; و 20 شاخص مرتبط پیشنهادی را مورد تایید قرار داد</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="background:white;"><span style="color:#333333;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; In today&#39;s knowledge societies, military organizations must be knowledge-based to achieve perfection like as any other organizations. Military environments are very dynamic because of rapid changes and mobility in operations, hardware and software&rsquo;s, frequent disconnections, and a permanent lack of bandwidth. The command and control system should reduce the&nbsp;<a aria-haspopup="false" aria-labelledby="cke_227_label" id="cke_227" role="button" tabindex="-1" title="Image"><span style="background-image:url(http://ic4i-journal.ir/ckedit/plugins/icons.png?t=DBAA);background-position:0 -936px;background-size:auto;">&nbsp;</span><span aria-hidden="false" id="cke_227_label">Image</span></a>organizational hierarchy not only by responding to specific needs but also by developing the communication network of the information flow. In this study, considering the characteristics of command and control, the requirements of knowledge-based defense and examining different environmental aspects, we seek to index and command with knowledge-based approach. For this purpose, after identifying the most important factors influencing the research topic, the effective factors and indicators were extracted from content analysis method and coding method. Then, to analyze the data, 10 expert snowball sampling techniques and 77 experts were selected from expert society.
