fa تبیین نقش فرماندهی و کنترل در برترسازی و ارتقاء توان رزمی پدافند هوایی Explain the role of command and control in overcoming and superiority the combat power of air defense فرماندهی Command پژوهشي Research چکیده <div style="text-align: justify;">بررسی ماهیت تهدیدات نظامی، نتایج جنگهای اخیر در جهان و منطقه غرب آسیا، پیشرفت روزافزون فنآوریهای نظامی بویژه فنآوریهای حوزه هوافضایی، لزوم توجه علمی به مقوله پدافند هوایی و ارتقاء توان رزمی آن جهت مقابله با تهدیدات هوایی را اجتناب ناپذیر نموده است. توان رزمی دارای سه بعُد فیزیکی، غیرفیزیکی و برترساز بوده که بعُد برترساز نقش برجسته ای در توان رزمی نیروهای مسلح از جمله پدافند هوایی ایفا می کند. هدف تحقیق شناسایی و تبیین مهمترین مؤلفه های تأثیرگذار بُعد برترساز و همچنین تبیین نقش مؤلفه فرماندهی و کنترل در ارتقاء توان رزمی پدافند هوایی می باشد. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی-توسعه&lrm;ای بوده و رویکرد آن آمیخته و از روش موردی-زمینه‌ای استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق نظریه های توان رزمی، محیط شناسی داخلی و در مطالعات تطبیقی مهمترین مؤلفه های پدافندهوایی شش کشور خارجی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و برای غنای بیشتر تحقیق با تعدادی از خبرگان حوزه پدافند هوایی مصاحبه انجام گرفته است. نتیجه تحقیق، تبیین و شناسایی 6 مؤلفه مهم(از جمله مؤلفه فرماندهی و کنترل) با 37 شاخص بُعد برترساز که بر ارتقاء توان رزمی پدافند هوایی تأثیر بسزایی دارند، می باشد.</div> Abstract <div style="text-align: justify;">Investigating the nature of military threats, the results of recent wars in the world and the West Asian region, the increasing progress of military technologies, especially in the field of aerospace technology, the need for scientific attention to air defense and its combat power upgrading to cope with air threats Has made it inevitable. Combat power has three physical, non-physical and superior dimentions, which later play a prominent role in the combat power of the Armed Forces, including air defense. The aim of the research is to identify and explain the most important components of the superior dimension as well as to explain the role of the command and control component in upgrading the air defense combat power. The research is of applied-developmental type and its approach is mixed and case-field method has been used. in this study, theories of combat power, internal environment and in comparative studies the most important components of air defense of six foreign countries studied, for further enrichment of research with a number of experts in the field of air defense interviews have been conducted.
