fa مدل پیاده‌سازی و اجرای استراتژی در سازمان‌های سلسله‌مراتبی ارتش در سطوح فردی و سازمانی مدیریت Managment پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یکی از مباحث اساسی در بحث برنامه ریزی استراتژیک، پیاده سازی استراتژی و اجرای آن به ویژه در سازمان های سلسله مراتبی است. بر این اساس پرسش اصلی تحقیق این است که الگوی مطلوب پیاده‌سازی و اجرای استراتژی در سازمان‌های سلسله‌مراتبی ارتش چیست؟ این پژوهش از نوع اکتشافی </span></span><span style="font-family:Sakkal Majalla;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> توصیفی بوده و از نظر هدف نیز کاربردی- توسعه‌ای است،. شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات این پژوهش شامل مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه با خبرگان</span></span><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;"> و</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پرسشنامه می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به روش آمیخته (در دو بخش کیفی و کمی) انجام گردیده است<span style="color:red;">، </span>به طوری که با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و تحلیل محتوای ادبیات پیاده‌سازی و اجرای راهبرد و همچنین مصاحبه با تعداد 23 نفر از خبرگان الگوی نهایی پیاده‌سازی و اجرای استراتژی ارائه شده است. همچنین در بخش کمی نیز به منظور آزمون مدل در ابتدا با توجه به جامعه آماری&nbsp; که حدود 120 نفر براورد گردیده بودند، بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد نمونه برابر با 92 نفر محاسبه گردیده و برای انها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ارسال شد. از این تعداد، 83 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و اقدام به مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون مدل شد. معیار نیکویی برازش برای برازش مدل کلی 73/0 محاسبه شده است که نشان‌دهنده برازش قوی مدل می‌باشد.</span></span> One of the main topics in the discussion of strategic planning is the implementation of the strategy and its execution, especially in hierarchical organizations. Accordingly, the main question of the research is what is the optimal pattern of implementation and execution of strategy in hierarchical organizations of the army? This research is of exploratory-descriptive type and is applied-developmental in terms of purpose. The data collection method of this research includes library studies, interviews with experts and a questionnaire. The present study was conducted by a mixed method (in both qualitative and quantitative sections), so that using library studies and content analysis of the literature, as well as interviews with 23 experts, the final model of implementation and execution of the strategy is presented.&nbsp; Also, in the quantitative part, in order to test the model, according to the statistical population, which was estimated to be about 120 people, based on Cochran&#39;s formula, the number of samples was calculated equal to 92 people and a researcher-made questionnaire was sent to them. Of these, 83 questionnaires were collected and structural equations were modeled and tested.
