fa طراحی مدل هشدار سریع در رصد رسانه‌های اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-weight:normal">تأثیر فضای مجازی بر زندگی بشری و بهره‌گیری از کلان‌داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده در کلیه ساحت‌های اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی جوامع یکی از روندهای جهانی است. پرسش پژوهش حاضر این است که دولت‌ها چگونه می‌توانند از روند موضوعات حساس که مستعد ایجاد بحران هستند از طریق بهره‌گیری از این کلان‌داده‌ها در رسانه‌های اجتماعی آگاه شده و در برابر آن‌ها برنامه‌ریزی نمایند. هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدل هشدار سریع در رصد رسانه‌های اجتماعی برای شناسایی زودهنگام سیگنال‌های موضوعات حساس و بحران‌آفرین و سپس واکافت آن‌ها است. به دلیل اهمیت چنین نظامی که از الزامات حکمرانی در عصر حاضر است و از طرفی حساسیت‌های امنیتی آن برای کشورهای پیشرو، اطلاعات آشکاری از نمونه‌های مشابه آن در دسترس نیست. بالطبع ایجاد چنین نظامی نیازمند طراحی از ابتداست. بدین ترتیب در این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از نظریه داده بنیاد چندوجهی، مدل نظام هشدار سریع احصا شده است تا مبنایی برای طراحی فنی یک کلان نظام هشدار سریع باشد اعتبارسنجی این مدل علاوه بر سنجش نظری با روش دلفی فازی صورت پذیرفته که مؤید مدل ارائه‌شده بوده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:95%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:95%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The impact of cyberspace on human life and the employment of the obtained big data in all social, political, and security aspects of society are among the global trends. The present study seeks to answer the question concerning how governments can become aware of the trend of sensitive issues, which can result in crises, and plan against them using the big data of social media. The goal is to define an early warning system (EWS) architecture in the observation of social media for the early detection of the signals of sensitive and critical issues and assess them. Given the importance of such a system, which is among the governance requirements in the current century, along with its security sensitivities for pioneering countries, no clear information about the architecture of similar examples is available. Thus, creating such a system requires designing from scratch. Accordingly, in the present study, by taking advantage of multi-grounded theory, the early warning system&#39;s model is identified.
