fa شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر ارتقاء بهره‌وری کارکنان عملیاتی در شبکه فرماندهی و کنترل پدافند هوایی مدیریت Managment پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">امروزه شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر بهره&shy;وری کارکنان، به عنوان یک ضرورت در بحث توسعه منابع انسانی سازمان&shy;ها، خصوصاً سازمان&shy;های نظامی مطرح است. عوامل زیادی در ارتقاء بهره&shy;وری نیروی انسانی مؤثرند که نمی&shy;توان همه آنها را شناسایی و در مورد آنها اقدام نمود. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه&shy;های مؤثر بر ارتقاء بهره&shy;وری کارکنان عملیاتی شبکه فرماندهی و کنترل پدافند هوایی کشور صورت گرفته است.</span></span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> بنابراین، با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی، الگویی بهینه جهت این موضوع ارائه شده است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی، تحلیلی و مقطعی، در ماه&shy;های مرداد و شهریور 1401 و آبان و آذر 1401 و در طی دو مرحله انجام گردید. در مرحله کیفی پژوهش، جامعه نمونه، 35 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران و در مرحله تحلیل عاملی 93 نفر از کارکنان عملیاتی شبکه فرماندهی و کنترل پدافند هوایی بودند. ابزار گردآوری داده&shy;ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مطالعه کتابخانه&shy;ای بود که اعتبار محتوای آن به صورت </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Expert panel</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و اعتبار سازه آن با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی (تحلیل مؤلفه&shy;های اصلی) و تحلیل عاملی تائیدی انجام شد. پایایی آن هم با روش&shy;های آزمون مجدد و همسانی درونی با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ تائید شد. بخش اول پرسشنامه 3 سؤال حاوی مشخصات فردی و بخش دوم ۴۲ سؤال در خصوص متغیرهای مؤثر بر بهره&shy;وری نیروی انسانی بود که بر مبنای مقیاس ۵ درجه&shy;ای لیکرت امتیاز داده شد. برای کفایت حجم نمونه، مقیاس میراکلین و برای مناسب بودن داده&shy;ها، آزمون بارتلت بکار</span></span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">رفت. در تحلیل اکتشافی ۵ مؤلفه اصلی شناسایی شد که به ترتیب اهمیت، فرهنگ سازمانی با ۱۸ متغیر، شرایط محیطی با ۷ متغیر، عوامل انگیزشی با ۱۰ متغیر، توانمندسازی با ۴ متغیر و شیوه فرماندهی با ۳ متغیر به عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش کارکنان عملیاتی شبکه فرماندهی و کنترل پدافند هوایی انتخاب شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre style="text-align:justify"> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span courier="" new="" style="font-family:"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#222222">Today, identifying the factors affecting employee productivity is a necessity in the discussion of the development of human resources of organizations, especially military organizations. There are many factors involved in improving the productivity of human resources that cannot be identified and addressed. This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the components that affect the efficiency of the operational staff of the country&#39;s integrated air defense network. Therefore, using factor analysis, an optimal model for this issue is presented. The present study was descriptive, analytical and cross-sectional in August and September 2022 and October and November 2022 in two stages. In the qualitative phase of the study, the sample population consisted of 35 experts and specialists, and in the factor analysis phase, 93 of the operational staff of the integrated air defense network were.</span></span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#222222">Data collection tools were a researcher-made questionnaire and a library study whose content validation was done as an Expert panel and its structural validity was performed by exploratory factor analysis (analysis of main components) and confirmatory factor analysis. Its reliability was confirmed by retesting methods and internal consistency by calculating Cronbach&#39;s alpha. The first part of the 3-question questionnaire contained individual characteristics and the second part included 42 questions about the variables affecting human resource productivity, which were scored on the basis of a 5-point Likert scale.</span></span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span inherit="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#222222">To measure the sample size, the Miracle line scale and to make the data appropriate, the Bartlett test was used. In exploratory analysis, 5 main components were identified, namely importance, organizational culture with 18 variables, environmental conditions with 7 variables, motivational factors with 10 variables, empowerment with 4 variables and command method with 3 variables as factors affecting the increase of network operational staff.
