fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی راهبردهای پلیس هوشمند فرماندهی Command پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:bold"><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-weight:normal">ایفای وظایف و ماموریت های خطیر و متنوع پلیس در راستای برقراری نظم و امنیت در جامعه برای پلیس با روش های سنتی چالش هایی را ایجاد کرده است و مخاطرات جدی را در عرصه های فرهنگی ، اقتصادی ، اجتماعی ، امنیتی و....&nbsp; را پدید آورد. پلیس به عنوان&nbsp; متولی امنیت عمومی و یکی از ارکان امنیت ملی بایستی اقدامات پیشگیرانه ای را در برخورد با جرایم اعمال نماید و با ایجاد تحول در عرصه های مختلف سازمان مانندعرصه های ساختاری، فناوری، فرآیندی و ماموریتی بتواند امنیت را در جامعه برقرار نماید. هوشمندسازی یک رویکردی است&nbsp; که می‌تواند نیازهای پلیس را در حوزه های ماموریتی و خدمات رسانی برطرف نماید. برای غنا بخشیدن به فعالیت های هوشمند سازی پلیس لازم است مبانی علمی بعنوان محور فعالیتها مورد توجه قرار گیرد و به همین منظور الگوی راهبردی پلیس هوشمند جهت سامان دهی به فعالیت ها و نظام بخشی به اقدامات مورد نیاز می باشد تا تمامی برنامه ها واولویت های سازمان&nbsp; مطابق&nbsp; با الگوی راهبردی تدوین و اجرا گردد. این پژوهش با استفاده از مطالعات تحلیلی و ادبیات موضوع به بررسی اهداف چهارگانه </span></span>SWOT<span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-weight:normal"> ( تهدیدات، فرصت ها، نقاط قوت و ضعف) پرداخته شد. با استفاده از روش فرآیند سلسله مراتبی (</span></span>AHP<span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-weight:normal">) اولویت بندی گردید.&nbsp; جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان و کارشناسان مرتبط با هوشمندی فراجا بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 15 نفر از این خبرگان برای پاسخگویی به سوالات انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی اطلاعات از روش </span></span>SWOT-AHP<span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-weight:normal"> و نرم افزار </span></span>expert choise<span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-weight:normal"> استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد وجود توانمندی های فنی (زیرساخت داده، پایگاه داده، حاکمیت داده و ...) برای برنامه ریزی و راهبردی پلیس هوشمند یک قوت محسوب شده و &nbsp;تحلیل داده برای کشف علمی جرایم یکی از فرصت ها برای الگوی راهبردی پلیس هوشمند می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; Carrying out the dangerous and varied duties and missions of the police in order to establish order and security in the society has created challenges for the police with traditional methods and created serious dangers in the cultural, economic, social, security, etc. fields. brought Police, as the custodian of public security and one of the pillars of national security, should apply preventive measures in dealing with crimes, and by making changes in various areas of the organization, such as structural, technological, process and mission areas, it can establish security in the society. In order to enrich the activities of making the police smarter, it is necessary to pay attention to the scientific foundations as the focus of the activities, and for this purpose, the strategic model of the smart police is needed to organize the activities and systematize the actions, so that all the programs and priorities of the organization Compile and implement according to the strategic model. This research was done by using analytical studies and literature on the subject to examine the four objectives of SWOT (threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses). It was prioritized using the Hierarchical Process (AHP) method. The statistical population of the research included experts and experts related to faraja intelligence, and 15 of these experts were selected to answer the questions using the purposeful sampling method. SWOT-AHP method and expert choice software were used to check the information.
