fa طراحی معماری فرماندهی و کنترل سایبر در رزم ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران Designing the command and control architecture )cyber in combat) of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army فرماندهی Command پژوهشي Research پیشرفت علم و فناوری در زمینه‌های مختلف، از جمله سیستم فرماندهی و کنترل، به ارتقاء توان رزمی نیروها منجر شده است. سیستم‌ها جدید قادرند به صورت مستقیم اطلاعات را بین مؤلفه‌ها منتقل کنند و از اتلاف وقت در ساختار سنتی جلوگیری نمایند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تدوین معماری فرماندهی و کنترل سایبر در رزم انجام شده و از نوع کاربردی – توسعه ای می‌باشد. نمونه آماری پژوهش، 60 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و اساتید حوزه‌های ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ فرماندهی و کنترل و سایبری است که با روش تصادفی ساده و فرمول کوکران انتخاب شده است. در این تحقیق اطلاعات و داده‌ها از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، پرسشنامه و مصاحبه جمع‌آوری شده است. اطلاعات پس از جمع‌آوری، طبقه‌بندی و ارزیابی شده و سپس تجزیه تحلیل توصیفی با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. در مرحله کمی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل آمیخته با استفاده از آمار استنباطی انجام شده است. روایی و پایایی ابزارهای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها در تحقیقات با استفاده از مصاحبه، اسناد و مدارک، و پرسشنامه بررسی شده است، و از روش‌هایی مانند توزیع مناسب سوالات و مقایسه پاسخ‌ها برای تأیید روایی و پایایی این ابزارها استفاده شده است و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ (0.995) حاصل شده است. معماری ارائه‌شده در این تحقیق، با استفاده از حلقه مشاهده، ارزیابی، تصمیم و اجرا در تعامل با 4 بعد عملیات، سطوح نبرد، شبکه‌های ارتباطی و فناوری تأکید دارد تا موجب بهبود و ارتقاء فرماندهی و کنترل سایبر در رزم در مواجهه با چالش‌ها گردد به نحوی که با یک آرایش جنگی واحد، ما‌بین آرایه‌های زمینی، پدافند، دریایی و هوایی، امکان عملیات مشترک فراهم گردد.   The progress of science and technology in various fields, including the command and control system, has led to the improvement of the combat power of the forces. New systems are able to directly transfer information between components and avoid wasting time in the traditional structure. The current research was carried out with the aim of compiling the cyber command and control architecture in combat and is of an applied-developmental type. The statistical sample of the research is 60 experts and professors in the fields related to command and control and cyber, which were selected by simple random method and Cochran's formula. In this research, information and data have been collected from library sources, questionnaires and interviews. After the information was collected, it was classified and evaluated, and then a descriptive analysis was performed with a qualitative approach. In the quantitative stage, mixed analysis has been done using inferential statistics. The validity and reliability of the tools for collecting information and data have been checked in research using interviews, documents and questionnaires, and methods such as appropriate distribution of questions and comparison of answers have been used to verify the validity and reliability of these tools, and its reliability with the method Cronbach's alpha (0.995) has been obtained. The architecture presented in this research, using the cycle of observation, evaluation, decision and execution in interaction with the 4 dimensions of operations, battle levels, communication networks and technology, emphasizes to improve and upgrade cyber command and control in combat in the face of challenges.
