fa جایگاه ساختار شبکه ای در پیشبرد اهداف سازمان های دانش بنیان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research با ظهور انقلاب اسلامی و شکل گیری جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه غرب آسیا، الگوی از حکم رانی در نظام بین الملل ظهور کرده است&nbsp; که در تضاد با منافع نظام گلوبال و تک قطبی غربی است. به همین دلیل جمهوری اسلامی ایران از بدو تاسیس همواره به طرق مختلف تحت تحریم و تهدید استکبار جهانی قرار گرفته است. با ناکام ماندن این توطئه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها و تهدیدات در عرصه جنگ سخت، توجه استکبار جهانی به حوزه های جنگ نرم مثل نفوذ فرهنگی و تحریم های اقتصادی جلب شده است. رشد علم و تهدیدات نوین در عرصه بین الملل باعث گردیده است که گذار از سازمان های منبع محور به دانش محور یکی از استراتژی های نظام جمهوری اسلامی قرار گیرد. موضوع&nbsp; چگونگی ارتقا و توسعه ی سازمان های دانش محور همچنین یکی از دغدغه های مقام معظم رهبری به دلیل ظهور تهدیدات نوین بوده است.&nbsp; در باب پا گرفتن سازمان های دانش بنیان، در این تحقیق به بعد ساختاری سازمان<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های دانش بنیان از حیث میزان توفیق در برقراری جریان دانش و مدیریت منابع دانش پرداخته شده است بدین صورت که در ابتدا مولفه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های مهم و تاثیرگذار بعد ساختاری سازمان<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های دانش بنیان به کمک تکنیک دلفی شناسایی شده است. سپس نتیجه گیری شده است که ساختار سنتی و سلسله مراتبی موجود قابلیت پیاده سازی این مولفه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها را ندارد و با توجه به شرایط ویژه کشور علی الخصوص گسترش تحریم<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های دشمنان به عرصه علم و فناوری، ساختار شبکه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ای ساختار مناسب جهت مدیریت دانش و برقرار نگه داشتن جریان دانش در سازمان<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های دانش بنیان کشوری و لشگری می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>باشد. With the advent of the Islamic Revolution and the formation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Western region of Asia, the pattern of governance has emerged in the international system, contrary to the interests of the Global and Western monopoly. This is why the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been under sanctions and the threat of global arrogance since it has been established. Despite their failures and threats in the arena of &ldquo;hard war&rdquo;, global arrogance is drawn into the areas of &ldquo;soft war&rdquo; such as cultural influence and economic sanctions. The growth of modern science and threats in the international arena has led to the transition from source - based organizations to knowledge-based on one of the strategies of the Islamic Republic. The issue of how to promote and develop knowledge - based organizations is also one of the concerns of the supreme leader of leadership due to the emergence of new threats. in order to set up knowledge organizations, in this study, the structural dimension of knowledge organizations has been developed in terms of success in establishing knowledge flows and knowledge of knowledge sources as initially the important and influential factors of knowledge organizations are identified with the help of the Delphi technique.
