| The military strength of any country is one of the most important pillars of its independence and security, and the training of efficient forces based on the requirements of time is one of the main concerns of this field. Today, due to the rapid changes and complexties, development of soft skills has become increasingly important and thus decision-making skills as one of the soft skills became the focus of attention for armies. The aim of this study was to design a training model for decision-making skills in modern military environments to identify the most important features and conditions that military decision-makers face in air defense, such as "time limitations", "information access limit" and "volatility of decision situations". Then, based on these data, a classification of "simple", "complex" and "chaotic" military environments has been accepted and a training model appropriate to these environments are presented for Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University, which includes training in three levels of cognition, analysis and analysis.
