Today, mobile phones have become a global phenomenon and have created a virtual community with hundreds of millions of users. Facilities such as the ability to make voice and video calls, send text and multimedia messages, use different programs, etc., have caused the desire to use these devices more than before, on the other hand, crimes related to this field have also increased, therefore, in order to be able to use digital evidence extracted from mobile phones to discover the traces of crimes, requirements are raised that cause the standardization of the evidence extraction procedure. Presenting strategies in the mobile digital evidence requires knowing as much as possible the features related to the citation of the mobile digital evidence and then prioritizing them. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for these requirements which able to identify, explain and prioritize these requirements in the first place and then provide solutions for these requirements. In order to achieve these requirements, interviews were conducted with a number of experts of scientific and executive centers with at least bachelor's education and several years of activity related to this field. The research method is quantitative and qualitative way, and the data of this research is from studies of previous works, the work experience of the authors, and also through in-depth interviews with 12 of the main experts in the qualitative stage and 20 of the intermediate experts in the quantitative stage. By collecting information to identify the citation requirements of extractive evidence, was addressed the main question of the research, which was to provide a conceptual model for these requirements. Indicators related to the examination of malware, phone access permissions, program-based challenges, hardware problems, how to extract evidence, content of evidence extraction and training expert which present with 66 components, that the most important requirement is phone access permissions with 88.60%. Finally according to the current situation of the responsible organizations in the field of mobile digital forensic to achieve requirements can be considered some suggestions in paper.
