In designing cities and determining functional requirements and their relationship with each other, in addition to creating suitable spaces in order to protect human lives against threats, the possibility of continuous continuity of essential activities and the city vulnerability reduction must be taken in to consideration . This paper focuses on passive defense indexation in urban infrastructure and introduces effective component and indicators. In this research, the required literature was prepared through in-depth interviews and then the questionnaire was arranged and distributed in the statistical population. The results of the questionnaires analysis verified the component and acquired indicators by SPSS and PLS software.
Accordingly, the urban passive defense equipment, fortifications, structures and credits form the urban infrastructure components, as well as 22 effective indicators related to the presented component have been determined.
