Mixed approach of crisis management based on Quinn and Cameron organizational culture model

Certainly, crisis management is the main factor of strategic management of the organization. So that before pursuing any lofty goals, crisis management is necessary to ensure the stability and continuous success of an organization. Basically, for organizations that are exposed to crisis, more preparedness against crisis is very important. Effective crisis management requires a systematic and orderly approach that must be based on vigilance, managerial sensitivity and a good understanding of the importance of detailed planning and organizational preparation. The purpose of this research is to design the model of organizational culture in crisis management with a mixed approach, in other words, this research is the answer to the question, what is the model of organizational culture in crisis management? is.
 This research was compiled with a practical approach and a survey method in a mixed (quantitative, qualitative) way. In this research, after collecting the required information, the data obtained from the review of books and scientific publications in the field of the research subject, firstly classified and processed and finally judged by the researcher.
The statistical population of this research includes managers who are familiar with organizational culture and crisis management in particular (managers working in human resources, inspection, crisis management, occupational safety and health units). The sample size was determined by random sampling and 150 people. The results of the research show that the adhocracy culture and the family culture, respectively, have the greatest impact on crisis management in the industry.
