This research examines the opportunities and challenges of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in military command and control centers to enhance decision-making efficiency and precision. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical methodology, data were gathered through document analysis and a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire completed by 10 experts. In the first phase, 13 opportunities and 7 challenges were extracted from scholarly sources, which were subsequently validated through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The findings revealed that "rapid and precise decision-making" (mean score: 4.8) is the most significant opportunity, while "the need for rigorous human oversight" (mean score: 4.9) emerged as the primary challenge. The results substantiate AI’s capacity to improve decision-making speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency, though challenges such as algorithmic opacity and cybersecurity vulnerabilities necessitate robust management. The study empirically validates the hypothesis that AI positively impacts the performance of command centers and offers recommendations, including the formulation of a national strategic framework and support for localized AI initiatives. It underscores the critical need for training, standardization, and strengthened infrastructure to optimize AI integration
