Gaining the trust of commanders and senior managers to rely on command and control systems to accomplish the mission requires a system tailored to the doctrine of the organization whose vulnerabilities are resolved and able to meet their expectations. In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the command and control system, the existing status of the system should be identified, and the system must be pathological, and then enhanced efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and removing the damage.
This article is a summary of a research work that has been collected through the study and review of books, scientific and research articles, research projects, organizational documents, reputable web sites and field surveys, and attempted to research findings Provide by descriptive-analytical approach. To achieve the purpose and answer the research question, in the first step the researcher examines the command and control system and the pathological models, then identifies its components in the context of a standard scientific method and subsequently takes the opinion of the research experts through a questionnaire and was analyzed Using SPSS software and content analysis of the collected data. Finally a framework for the pathology of the command and control system is presented.
