Network Structure in Advancing the Goals of Knowledge-Based Organizations in the Islamic Republic of Iran

With the advent of the Islamic Revolution and the formation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Western region of Asia, the pattern of governance has emerged in the international system, contrary to the interests of the Global and Western monopoly. This is why the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been under sanctions and the threat of global arrogance since it has been established. Despite their failures and threats in the arena of “hard war”, global arrogance is drawn into the areas of “soft war” such as cultural influence and economic sanctions. The growth of modern science and threats in the international arena has led to the transition from source - based organizations to knowledge-based on one of the strategies of the Islamic Republic. The issue of how to promote and develop knowledge - based organizations is also one of the concerns of the supreme leader of leadership due to the emergence of new threats. in order to set up knowledge organizations, in this study, the structural dimension of knowledge organizations has been developed in terms of success in establishing knowledge flows and knowledge of knowledge sources as initially the important and influential factors of knowledge organizations are identified with the help of the Delphi technique. It is concluded that the traditional and hierarchical structure does not have the capability to implement these components and, given the special circumstances of the country, especially the spread of sanctions against the fields of science and technology, the structure of a suitable structure for knowledge management and maintaining knowledge flows in knowledge-based organizations is the foundation of the state and the army. |
