Model for increasing the cyber resilience of industrial command and control systems by improving the process

The rapid growth of technologies and the move towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the benefits of cyberspace, despite the many benefits it has brought to humanity, but due to the use of information technology in operations technology, existing vulnerabilities and cyber attacks on command and control systems Has increased industry. Cyber ​​resilience means making the right arrangements before a cyber attack, maintaining the basic operation of the system and proper stability during a cyber attack and returning to the initial state after a cyber attack is one of the main strategies in the face of cyber threats. In this model of cyber resilience of command and control systems against cyber threats based on the model of integration of the maturity model of ability and the model of process improvement, for three levels of management, control and operation of command and control systems are presented.
In the proposed model, for the leadership dimension, monitoring and control dimension and the dimension of operations, the level of maturity of one (executive) is 10 components, for the level of maturity of two (planning) 12 components, for the maturity of the third level (management) 12 components, for the maturity of the fourth level (Measurement) 9 components, for the maturity of the fifth level (institutional) 6 components are counted and presented in a total of 49 components. To confirm the proposed model, after conducting interviews with experts in the field of command and industrial control using Smart PLS software, practical load analysis and test of the significance of the components are performed and the presented model is approved at 95% significance level. Took.
